Common questions

Here are answers to some of the most common questions we’re asked about audio visual systems, communication technology, installation, and support. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just get in touch — our team is always happy to help.

Who do you work with?

We work with a wide range of customers including:

  • Schools and early learning centres

  • Offices and workplaces

  • Warehouses, depots, and factories

  • Retail, hospitality, and public spaces

Many of our solutions suit multiple environments, and we tailor them to each space.

Do you sell products online or only via quotes?

Both.

  • Smaller, lower-value items can be purchased directly through our website.

  • Larger systems (such as LED walls, PA systems, or campus-wide solutions) require an enquiry so we can tailor the solution correctly.

Do you offer both off-the-shelf and custom solutions?

Yes. We supply proven off-the-shelf products, and we also design custom solutions when your space or requirements need something more tailored.

Can the same product work in both schools and businesses?

Often, yes. Many of our products work across education and commercial settings — it’s how they’re configured that makes the difference.

Do you offer ongoing support after installation?

Yes. We provide setup assistance, training, quick-start guides, and local support. We’re here long after installation day.

Do you handle installation?

Yes. We supply, install, test, and commission systems so they’re ready to use from day one.

What if our budget is tight?

We offer scalable systems so you can start small and expand over time.
For schools, we also provide funding templates to help approach local charities or trusts.

What sizes do LED walls come in?

LED walls are modular and can be built to suit your space. We commonly install:

  • 3m x 2m

  • 4.2m x 2.5m

  • 5m x 3m

We’ll recommend the best size based on your room and viewing distance.

What’s the difference between a projector and an LED wall?

LED walls are brighter, clearer, and visible in daylight — no curtains or lights-off required. They also last significantly longer and require less maintenance than traditional projectors.

What does PoE (Power over Ethernet) mean?

PoE allows devices to receive power and data through a single network cable. This simplifies installation, reduces wiring, and lowers costs.
