The Epson EB-685W is designed for modern classrooms where bright images, simple operation and flexible device connectivity are essential. Its ultra short-throw design allows a large image to be projected from very close to the wall, helping reduce shadows and glare while making installation practical in teaching spaces.
Using Epson’s 3LCD technology, the EB-685W delivers up to 3,500 lumens of colour and white brightness, producing vivid, easy-to-read images even with classroom lights on. Its WXGA 1280 × 800 resolution provides clear text and detailed presentation content, with image sizes up to 100 inches.
Optional wireless connectivity supports BYOD environments, allowing teachers and students to share content from compatible laptops, Chromebooks, tablets and mobile devices. With Epson’s Moderator software, multiple users can connect and selected screens can be displayed side by side.
The EB-685W also offers extensive connectivity including 3 x HDMI, USB and network support, plus convenient setup features such as Quick Corner adjustment and direct power on/off. Lamp and filter life of up to 10,000 hours in ECO mode helps reduce maintenance and ongoing operating costs.
