1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are ineligible. 2. Entry is open to all New Zealanders who are working in an MoE registered educational establishment in the North or South Islands of New Zealand only 3. The competition opens on Feb 2nd 2011 and closes at midnight on March 31st 2011. All entries must be received by that date. To enter follow the details on the website. The winners will be drawn and contacted with two working weeks of the finish date of the competition by email or telephone. If an ineligible entry is drawn or the winner is unable to be contacted, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a re-draw will take place. The Promoter's decision on entries and winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. The promoter takes no responsibility for misdirected or incomplete entries. 5. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the promoter using his/her details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes. 6. The prize is as stated in the promotion copy. The prize includes freight. 7. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and that they are currently working in an MoE registered educational establishment in the North or South Islands of New Zealand) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize. 10.  The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 11.
